Intellectual Property Policy

Last Updated: 2 September 2026

This Intellectual Property Policy explains how intellectual property associated with LaelCorps Group (“LaelCorps”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is protected and how intellectual property rights may be handled in connection with our website, services and client engagements.

1. Our Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, LaelCorps owns or has the right to use the intellectual property contained within its website, business materials and proprietary systems.

This may include:

  • Brand identity;

  • Logos;

  • Names;

  • Taglines;

  • Written content;

  • Designs;

  • Photographs;

  • Videos;

  • Documents;

  • Presentations;

  • Frameworks;

  • Methodologies;

  • Business models;

  • Templates;

  • Processes;

  • Software;

  • Code;

  • User interfaces;

  • Training materials;

  • Research;

  • Original concepts;

  • Other proprietary materials.

2. LaelCorps Brand

The LaelCorps name, branding, logos, visual identity, taglines and associated brand assets may not be copied, modified, reproduced or commercially used without prior written permission.

Our brand and intellectual property are valuable business assets and should be treated accordingly.

3. Website Content

Content published on www.laelcorps.com is provided for informational and business purposes.

Unless expressly permitted, you may not:

  • Reproduce substantial portions of our content;

  • Republish our materials;

  • Sell or license our content;

  • Copy our frameworks;

  • Create derivative commercial products from our materials;

  • Remove copyright or ownership notices;

  • Present our work as your own.

Limited quotation or reference may be permitted where consistent with applicable law and proper attribution.

4. Proprietary Frameworks and Methodologies

LaelCorps may develop and use proprietary business engineering frameworks, methodologies, processes, models and intellectual property.

Access to a LaelCorps service does not automatically transfer ownership of these underlying frameworks or methodologies to a client.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, LaelCorps retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property.

5. Client Deliverables

Ownership and usage rights relating to client-specific deliverables will be determined by the applicable proposal, quotation, Statement of Work or service agreement.

Depending on the engagement, the client may receive:

  • A licence to use the deliverable;

  • Ownership of specified deliverables;

  • A limited usage right;

  • Or another agreed arrangement.

Clients should review the applicable agreement for the specific ownership terms.

6. Pre-Existing Materials

Where LaelCorps incorporates pre-existing systems, frameworks, templates, code, processes, libraries, components or other intellectual property into a client project, ownership of that pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner unless expressly transferred in writing.

The client may receive the rights necessary to use the completed deliverable according to the applicable agreement.

7. Third-Party Intellectual Property

Projects may contain third-party software, plugins, fonts, images, APIs, libraries, frameworks or other licensed materials.

Such materials remain subject to the applicable third-party licence or terms.

LaelCorps does not automatically transfer ownership of third-party intellectual property to clients.

8. Client-Supplied Materials

Clients retain ownership of intellectual property they provide to LaelCorps unless otherwise agreed.

By providing materials to LaelCorps for an engagement, the client confirms that they have the necessary rights, permissions or authority to provide and use those materials for the intended purpose.

The client grants LaelCorps the permissions reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services.

9. Portfolio and Case Studies

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, LaelCorps may identify completed work or general project outcomes in its portfolio, marketing materials or case studies.

We will take reasonable care not to disclose confidential information.

Where a client engagement includes specific confidentiality or non-disclosure requirements, those requirements will take precedence.

10. Infringement Notices

If you believe that material published by LaelCorps infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient information to allow us to investigate the matter.

We may request evidence supporting the claim.

11. Unauthorised Use

Unauthorised copying, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation of LaelCorps intellectual property may result in appropriate legal or other action.

12. Respect for Third-Party Rights

LaelCorps expects clients, partners, suppliers and website users to respect the intellectual property rights of others.

We do not knowingly intend to infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
